Sherry's Diary-Maybe I will go to America on summer vacation‏

I had a long distance talk with my aunt in America yesterday afternoon.She told me that my cousins have been studying at home for nine years, so they don't go to school. Even though they have their own study group, I can't imagine such a method of learning. However, in America many people study at home because America is a country which symbolizes freedom, and allows them to do that if they want to.

To my surprise, my aunts' daughters were ready to go back to school just like us. Because of this, my aunt feels exhausted from teaching her own children. She said that if I went to America, she could teach me how to make a cake. I would look forward to such a vacation and would keep practicing my speaking skills everyday. In fact, going abroad for further studies has been my intention for a long time.

I asked my aunt for help because she married a foreigner and understands American culture. If I go there I wouldn't just play and eat all day, I would also learn English and experience a different culture. Such a vacation couldn't come quickly enough.
